- I've tried two brands of modems for LL operation:
-
- Zyxel 2864:
-
- worked just fine without any problems,
-
- USR V.everything US/canada version:
-
- works OK, allthough there are some weird problems reconnecting after a
- short line disconnection: In some cases it takes a few minutes till
- the modems reconnect. If your line is OK, you do get 33.6K
- connections.
-
- International Version: I still can't get the modems to connect on a
- leased line at all. they go offhook and just sit there screeching at
- each other...
